Tennessee, Camping, & Other Adventures: Coca-Cola Relieves Exhaustion

An unexpected trip to The Schmidt Museum of Coca-Cola Memorabilia in Elizabethtown, KY. This is considered the world's largest private collection of Coca-Cola advertising, art, and collectibles dating back to the 1800's. It had posters, unique bottles, jewelry, light-up signs, clocks, delivery trucks, and tons of Christmas stuff. It's said to be worth over $10 million. As I looked up the information to make sure I had everything correct, I'm reading that it is now closed to prepare for a huge public auction. It's going to be sad to know this won't be around anymore. This was a really cool place and I'm glad I got to see it all. (Picture taken 5/17/10)
